Simulator Design and Contributions
- I am one of the designers of DESERT underwater framework which is a package of NsMiracle. It is free to use and available in the Internet. Website Address: http://nautilus.dei.unipd.it/desert-underwater
- Also implemented several protocols for DESERT framework, like, UnderWater Miracle Link Layer (UWMLL), UnderWater Transport Protocol (UWTP), UnderWater Aloha (UWALOHA), Underwater Selective Repeat (USR)
- I am one of the contributors of World Ocean Simulation System (WOSS). I implement the Altimetry generation, SSP changing over time, and couple of mobility model for WOSS simulator e.g. Gauss-Markov (GM)-2D, GM-3D, Correlated Mobility (CM)-2D and CM-3D. GM-3D and CM-3D are included in DESERT package. For installing those mobility models need WOSS package to be installed in the PC/terminal
- I designed several protocols for NsMiracle package of NS2 simualtor. For instance, ALOHA, Slotted ALOHA, Carrier Sense Multiple Access (CSMA, Spray-And-Wait (SAW), Multi-Sink Routing Protocol (MSRP), Underwater Delay-Tolerant Network (UDTN) protocol, etc.
